From May through September, the grounds at Day Island B&B are available for small weddings /
receptions / meetings (maximum 35).   

Suite Rates - $100 - $200
Double or Single occupancy, including continental breakfast. Nightly rate will vary by season, number of people
and rooms occupied. A credit card is required to make a reservation.

A minimum of two nights' booking is required for weekends and summer reservations.

Non-Smoking
We are a non-smoking bed and breakfast. A $150 cleaning charge will be added to your bill if you smoke in your room.

-Check out time is Noon. -Non Smoking (Smoking outdoors away from B&B only)
-Children must be supervised  

Please note: Check in time is 4:20 - 6:00 pm. To assure someone is at the inn to greet you, you must make prior
arrangements if you need an earlier or later arrival time.

Deposit amount required
 (A deposit in the amount of one night's stay is requested to confirm your reservation. )

Cancellations:
Should you find you must cancel, there would be no charge up to seven days in advance of your reservation date. If cancelled within seven days, full charges for all days will apply unless we are able to rebook the room(s). For special events, the cancellation policy ranges from seven - thirty days, based on the event.

Captain's Quarters.................. $210.00 a night
2 bedroom Cottage.................. $250.00 a night
Top Suite of Cottage............... $140.00 a night
Bottom Suite of Cottage.......... $120.00 a night
3 Bedroom House ................... $300.00 a night
